Admissions Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
The Admissions Manager leads the day-to-day admissions process and team, ensuring a smooth, customer-focused journey from enquiry through to enrolment and onboarding.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education & Qualifications:
▫️ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management or related field. - Experience:
▫️ Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in admissions, enrolment management, customer service or sales; at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high customer orientation.
▫️ Strong leadership and team-management ability.
▫️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Khmer.
▫️Experience with CRM systems, reporting and data analysis.
▫️ High attention to detail, confidentiality, and customer orientation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Develop and implement admissions procedures and service standards aligned with school policies.
- Supervise and coach admissions officers/executives to ensure timely response to all enquiries.
- Manage the admissions funnel in the CRM: lead capture, follow-up, tours, assessments and offers.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing and Business Development teams to support events (open houses, orientations, assessments).
- Provide parents and partners with accurate tuition information, discounts and enrolment requirements.
- Oversee issuance of admissions letters, contracts and student onboarding documents.
- Prepare regular admissions and conversion reports for the Head of Business Development and Senior Leadership.
- Ensure compliance with Baseline Fee Policy, data privacy and document management protocols.
- Gather parent feedback to improve the admissions process.
