POSITION SUMMARY

Translate the school’s digital marketing strategy into actionable campaigns and ensure day-to-day operations achieve lead generation and engagement targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education & Qualifications:
    ▫️ Bachelors in Marketing, Communications or related.
  • Experience:
    ▫️ 4–6 years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role; strong project management, analytics, and campaign optimization skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Plan and manage digital campaigns across social, search, and email.
  • Supervise digital marketing executives and coordinators.
  • Track KPIs (CPL, CTR, conversions) and report results to the Head of Digital Marketing.
  • Coordinate content creation with designers and videographers.
  • Manage advertising budgets and optimize ROI.
  • Implement CRM and analytics tools for lead tracking.
